Named after the Sal Soul anthem "Lovebreak, Ooh I love it", Lovebreak Music is intended to pay homage to the funky, disco, soulful, dance music of that time. Dance music has come a long way since those disco days and Lovebreak's vocal house song releases such as "Sunshine Song" and "Fallen" are prime examples of this dance music evolution.
Lovebreak Owner Nicole Otero kicked off 2009 with her debut EP "Lovebreak Series I" with additional remixes by NYC house music veteran DJ Joeski. With talent like Joeski and Brennan Green (Sunshine Song Remixer) added to the roster, the skies the limit for Lovebreak's future sound. Not to mention the house remixes by Arno Cost, John Julius Knight and Thomas Gold that were executed by CR2 records on "Sunshine Song". It just goes to show how far an original song can go! One thing's for sure quality original house music will always be the end product for Lovebreak Music.
